We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Legal Support Specialist to join our Orlando-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on complex property transactions, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision. You’ll play a key part in supporting attorneys through every stage of real estate deals—from initial document preparation to post-closing follow-up.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout transactions.
- Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organize meetings for attorneys.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
- Handle billing entries, expense tracking, and invoice processing using legal accounting tools.
- Assist with closing logistics: compile closing packages, authorize wire transfers, and assemble post-closing binders.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records for all real estate matters.
- Support compliance efforts by preparing permit applications and managing regulatory filings.
- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a legal assistant or similar role within commercial real estate or transactional law.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and PDF tools; familiarity with document management systems is essential. - Detail Orientation: Ability to manage shifting priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and proactive in both written and verbal interactions.
- Preferred: Florida Notary certification and experience with platforms like iManage.
$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
