Role SummaryCenter for U.S. Immigration Services (CFUIS) is pleased to invite applications for a Paralegal Trainee position for our Orlando and Dearborn offices.
This role is a structured training opportunity designed for individuals seeking practical experience and professional certification in U.S. immigration support services.
Program Structure- Combination of online instructor‑driven training and full‑time hands‑on practical work
- Direct exposure to real immigration cases under professional supervision
- Training leads to a Certified Immigration Support Specialist (CISS) Certification
- This is an unpaid training position
- Upon successful completion of training:
Trainees may be retained and earn applicable paralegal wages, based on performance and business needs - Trainees not retained will still exit the program with a recognized certification, enabling them to seek employment in the immigration support field
- Law graduates, legal studies graduates, or individuals with strong interest in immigration law
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to commit fully to both training and hands‑on work
- Willing to work onsite in Orlando or Dearborn
- Professional immigration training
