Role Summary

Center for U.S. Immigration Services (CFUIS) is pleased to invite applications for a Paralegal Trainee position for our Orlando and Dearborn offices.

This role is a structured training opportunity designed for individuals seeking practical experience and professional certification in U.S. immigration support services.

Program Structure
  • Combination of online instructor‑driven training and full‑time hands‑on practical work
  • Direct exposure to real immigration cases under professional supervision
  • Training leads to a Certified Immigration Support Specialist (CISS) Certification
  • This is an unpaid training position
  • Upon successful completion of training:
    Trainees may be retained and earn applicable paralegal wages, based on performance and business needs
  • Trainees not retained will still exit the program with a recognized certification, enabling them to seek employment in the immigration support field
Ideal Candidates
  • Law graduates, legal studies graduates, or individuals with strong interest in immigration law
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to commit fully to both training and hands‑on work
  • Willing to work onsite in Orlando or Dearborn
