LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Orlando firm to hire a Litigation Paralegal
. In this high‑impact role, you’ll drive complex commercial litigation matters from intake through trial—owning discovery, drafting filings, and keeping fast‑moving cases on track. We’re seeking a sharp, organized professional with strong judgment who thrives in a collaborative, high‑pressure environment.
- Partner with attorneys, clients, and outside professionals to support case strategy and manage deadlines.
- Oversee discovery from start to finish, including drafting responses, reviewing incoming materials, and organizing evidence.
- Maintain case files, witness information, and internal tracking documents with accuracy.
- Monitor court requirements, scheduling needs, and workflow demands; assist in delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Draft and finalize litigation documents such as motions, subpoenas, pleadings, and affidavits.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or supporting materials as needed.
- Support trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, logistical coordination, and on‑site assistance.
- Paralegal certificate/degree or 5+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience.
- Solid knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.
- Experience supporting cases from inception through trial.
- Ability to handle both paper and digital case files, including involvement in discovery management.
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, and client‑service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- A track record of stability and long‑term commitment is strongly valued.
