Litigation Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join a well-established legal practice in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be a Florida-licensed attorney with strong litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently while delivering high-quality legal representation.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: In Office

• Litigate and negotiate civil matters on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to strengthen case outcomes
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Florida Bar (required)
• Proven experience as a litigation attorney
• Experience in general liability or insurance defense is preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $165,000 annually
