Associate Attorney – Casualty​/Personal Injury

Established, fast-paced firm where associates thrive because of their access to unparalleled training and the autonomy to run their own cases, is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their team. Successful candidates will have no less than 3 years and no more than 7 years of litigation experience in casualty and/or personal injury law.

The position is full-time and onsite at the firms’ Orlando, Florida office.

In this position Associates:

• will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• Will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
• will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings and argue your own motions.
• will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing
• Must have 3-7 years litigation experience in casualty and/or personal injury law.
• Must have strong academic credentials
• Must have the ability to handle files from inception to trial
• Must have experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.
• Must have excellent research and writing abilities
• Must have exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
