Associate Attorney – Family Law​/c

Established, multi-office, fast-paced firm where associates thrive because of their access to unparalleled training and the autonomy to run their own cases, is looking to add a Family Law Associate Attorney to their team.

Additionally, you will have access to excellent in-house support and current  this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-assets and complex family law cases.

The position is full-time and onsite at the firms’ Orlando, Florida office.

Responsibilities include:

· Responsible for family law cases

· Guiding clients through the dissolution of marriage process

· Preparing and arguing motions

· Handling discovery

· Conducting depositions

· Attending mediations

· Conducting legal research

· Calculating child support

· Staying current with changes in family law and legal practice

Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing
• Must have 3+ years of Family Law experience
• Must have familiarity with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
• Must have Civil Litigation experience
• Must have strong academic credentials
• Must have experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, meditations and trial prep.
• Must have excellent research and writing abilities

· Must have exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic

· Must have the ability to travel as needed

· Must have good interpersonal skills
