- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts and government agencies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy
- Represent the firm in various activities outside the office
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to any state bar association
- Previous experience working as an associate attorney or in a similar legal role is a plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Litigation experience is preferred but not required
