About the role:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Process Service Representative (Midwest Region), you'll coordinate the service of process of legal documents on individuals in litigation throughout the nation and acts as a liaison for clients and process service resources.

What you'll get to do:

* Receive all incoming requests from clients and resources and distribute to appropriate folder

* Locate resources for job assignments

* Initiate and timely dispatch requests to the resource for service of process of legal documents and document retrievals

* Coordinate and confirm resource receipt of job assignment

* Monitor jobs in progress and update the company database with all information

* Provide status updates to clients in a timely manner

* Act as a liaison between clients and resources

* Review all legal documents for accuracy and prepare Affidavits when necessary

* Electronically deliver Affidavits and Returns to the client

* Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution

* 1+ year of related experience preferred

* Must be exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task

* Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

* Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately

* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
