Position OverviewAs a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing top-tier service and support. You will assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, claims guidance, cross selling and general account management. Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding our agency’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and billing.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service via phone, email, and in person.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and general policy management.
- Educate clients on available coverage options and provide guidance tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with agents and team to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Process documentation, maintain accurate records, and manage client accounts efficiently.
- Support claims handling by guiding clients through the claims process and liaising with carriers.
- Identify opportunities for coverage improvements and additional insurance solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry regulations.
- Uphold the agency’s commitment to extraordinary service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using customer management systems and standard office software.
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License
