- Licensed or non‑licensed (we’ll help you get licensed)
- Driven, coachable, self‑motivated individuals
- Entrepreneurial spirits ready to grow personally and professionally
- Support to get licensed (for non‑licensed candidates)
- Own your book of business – not a captive agent
- Unlimited income potential based on performance
Do you possess
- Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and communication skills
- Proficiency in problem‑solving, negotiation, and presenting financial solutions
- Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance or financial products
- Self‑motivation and strong organizational skills to manage a remote, part‑time schedule
- Basic understanding of financial services, insurance, and retirement planning (certifications such as a Health & Life Insurance License are a plus)
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related tools
- Previous sales or client‑facing experience is advantageous
