As an Insurance Retirement Specialist at American Senior Benefits
, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their retirement planning journey. Your responsibilities will include

• Meeting with Clients – Conduct comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations.
• Needs Analysis – Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs.
• Providing and Explaining Solutions – Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support.
• Rigorous Follow‑Up – Facilitating the smooth implementation of tailored solutions and delivering exceptional, ongoing support and service to clients.
• Industry Awareness – Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
• Following a Proven Playbook – Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes.

• Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.

• Unlimited Comp structure with reviews as frequently as twice a year.
