The Sr IT-Analyst, Technology Business Management (TBM), will report to the TBM Manager. Perform contract reviews following the Contract Intake Process, collect and analyze vendor performance data, assist with vendor onboarding ensuring alignment to business objectives. Monitor vendor compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related needs. Helps to ensure the mechanics of processes are monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, and works with the Manager TBM to implement.

Monitor and update IT/CE financial dashboards for reporting capital and operational spend.

Essential Functions

• Implements and maintains the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework to ensure alignment between IT/CE investments and enterprise goals.
• Builds and maintains dashboards that provide actionable insight into IT/CE spend, resource utilization, and value delivery.
• Drives initiatives that build and grow the business.
• Adapts product strategy to evolving transformation needs.
• Manages data quality and identifies new data sources.
• Implements tools and processes that enable transparency on cost, consumption, and their related value.
• Benchmarks unit costs by category and type.
• Conducts contract reviews, contract routing, invoice processing, and assists with budget planning.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align IT spending with business applications, processes and services.
• Leads contract reviews, contract routing, invoice processing, and budget planning.
• Collaborates with IT and business leaders to define, measure, and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Participates in IT/CE-wide adoption of TBM practices by providing training and support to technology and business stakeholders.
• Leads TBM process improvement and automated workflows.
• Resolves disputes and ensures timely delivery of services.
• Leads and manages vendor performance tracking systems.
• Assists TBM Manager with vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring optimal performance and value delivery from third-party providers.
• Tracks IT/CE contracts, purchase orders, and software inventory and report monthly variances.
• Works alongside procurement/supply chain to assist with developing statements of work (SOW), Request for Information (RFI), Request for quotes (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP).
• Supports innovative initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and providing cost-benefit analyses to inform decision making.
