Business System Analyst

We're hiring for a Net Suite Business Analyst to join the business handle business process design and stakeholder engagement. The right person will be confident in managing a team, engaging with stakeholders and designing improvements to business processes. You will lead a team of two other Analysts and three System Administrators. Playing a key role in helping to grow the business and increase company wide efficiency.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of Net Suite manufacturing modules, leading process improvement projects and mentoring junior resources. • 3–5+ years in a Net Suite experience across System Administrator/ Business Analyst / Functional Analyst roles
• Strong hands-on Net Suite administration skills (permissions, Suite Flow, saved searches)
• Experience with WMS / warehouse processes
• Ability to understand construction workflows, particularly new residential construction
• Experience with integration platforms, business intelligence tools, advanced analytics modules, or field service management systems
