Sr Product Manager
Disney Experiences Technology is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to support new business initiatives and strategic priorities. The role will be responsible for informing product strategy, concept development, and defining and executing these initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners. This role will focus on new agentic AI powered digital tools that enable guests to explore DX products.
The team's work spans across US Parks digital touchpoints including web and app. We want someone ready to collaborate with some of the best storytellers in the industry, leverage cutting edge technologies, and support a cross functional team that connects Guests with some of the most beloved characters, universes, and worlds of all time. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and collaborative, thrives in a complex matrix environment while wearing multiple hats, and can work with autonomy and accountability.
They excel at synthesizing diverse technologies, data sources, and business capabilities into intuitive, high-quality AI-powered products that guests love, balancing innovation with simplicity to deliver measurable impact.
- Support the team with documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements.
- Work with development teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, and helping the teams translate the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, Guest-prioritized needs, etc.).
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AI vacation discovery, influencing across technical, creative, business teams and strategic partners.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth adoption and guest education.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to continuously refine prompts and contextual understanding.
- Stay informed on AI advancements, travel industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, expansion, and broader AI use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record in delivering consumer-facing digital experiences at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, especially agent-based systems, personalization and contextual recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into guest-friendly experiences.
- Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Background in travel, leisure or e-commerce industries.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning or AI model evaluation.
- Experience managing ethical considerations in AI, including bias mitigation and transparency.
