Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're hiring a full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role (2–3 days per week in our Orlando office) with a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually (flexible based on skills and experience), reporting directly to the owner.

The primary responsibility and key skillset we're seeking is hands-on social media content production and strategy: developing content strategies, creating graphics, captions, reel edits from raw client video, scheduling posts, and maintaining efficient production for our clients (multiple brands + franchise accounts).

You'll also support other client-related tasks, such as follow‑up calls, setting up/optimizing Google Business Profiles, executing citation building campaigns, building email campaigns (e.g., in Mailchimp or similar), and represent the agency at local events. We're happy to train on these additional areas; the right candidate will be strong in social media content creation and strategy but proactive and well‑rounded enough to handle variety in a small agency environment.

This execution‑focused position offers independence, growth potential, and direct impact on client satisfaction and agency scaling.

Required (Must‑Have) Skills
  • Proven hands‑on experience (2–4+ years preferred) creating social media content, including monthly batching, writing engaging captions, designing simple yet attractive graphics (using Canva or similar templates), and editing short videos/reels from raw client‑provided footage.
  • Strong content strategy skills: developing monthly calendars, themes, and strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency with core social media tools and platforms:
Meta Business Suite (or Creator Studio), Facebook/Instagram scheduling, and basic video editing apps (e.g., Cap Cut, InShot, or similar).
  • Excellent organization and time management to manage multiple clients, track assets/deadlines, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Comfort working independently in a small team, with clear and effective written and verbal communication skills (e.g., client emails, updates to owner) and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and general digital tools for coordination and simple reporting.
Preferred/Bonus Skills (Training Provided for The Right Candidate)
  • Experience managing or setting up Meta ads campaigns (a nice‑to‑have for potential client upsells or future services).
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization, citation building (e.g., for local SEO via tools or manual processes), email campaign creation (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), or client follow‑up/check‑ins.
  • Exposure to local networking events or representing a business in person.
  • Knowledge of franchise/multi‑location content strategies (templated/shared posts with light variations).
Soft Skills & Mindset We're Looking For

These traits support the added oversight element—especially proactive communication and ownership when coordinating with owner, teammates, clients, vendors, and freelancers.

  • Efficiency & Ownership Mindset — You take full responsibility for getting high‑quality work done quickly and hitting targets (e.g., efficient production, on‑time deliverables). "Get‑it‑done" attitude; no hand‑holding required.
  • Proactive & Resourceful — You spot issues early, ask smart questions, and find ways to improve processes or solve problems within guidelines.
  • Detail‑Oriented & Organized — Strong follow‑through on deadlines, asset tracking, multi‑client juggling, and managing external contributors without dropping balls.
  • Clear & Concise Communicator — Professional in client emails, strategy docs, internal updates, and vendor/freelancer briefs; collaborative with the owner, clients and vendors.
  • Adaptable & Growth‑Oriented — Comfortable learning new tasks (e.g., GBP, citations, email) quickly and scaling support (e.g., coordinating freelancers) as the agency grows; excited about contributing to expansion in a small, dynamic environment.
  • Positive & Reliable Team Player — Dependable, upbeat, and suited to hybrid Orlando office work (2–3 days/week in‑person collaboration).
What We Offer
  • Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 annually (flexible…
