We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building high-performing digital experiences with modern web technologies.
In this role, you’ll work across Word Press and headless environments (Strapi CMS + React/Next.js), developing scalable web solutions that power global digital campaigns and products.

What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain custom Word Press sites, themes, and plugins (not theme-based).
- Build and optimize React/Next.js front-ends connected to Strapi CMS and various APIs.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable back-end solutions with Node.js and REST/Graph
QL APIs. - Integrate APIs and automate workflows across CMS and other tools.
- Monitor and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and data teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in front-end frameworks and CMS ecosystems.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development – Must.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Word Press (custom themes/plugins) – Must.
- Experience with Strapi CMS, React, and Next.js – Must.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
- A “get things done” attitude, strong ownership, and a passion for building high-quality web products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross‑functional environment.
