The
** Director of IT Delivery Management
** reports to the SVP of Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer. This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects and initiatives related to the Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and Operations (CISO) teams, employing both traditional and agile project management methodologies. The Director oversees the strategic planning and development of these projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the objectives of the CISO, IT department, and overall business.

This role will centralize IT work intake, prioritization, and tracking using Jira as the primary tool to orchestrate requests across CISO teams and is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, curating backlogs, and ensuring objectives are met within scope and budget. This role emphasizes the facilitation of scrum processes and agile practices, while also leveraging waterfall approaches as needed.

The IT Delivery Director drives continuous improvement, fosters collaboration, and ensures compliance with organizational standards throughout the project/delivery lifecycle. This role also serves as a key point of contact with, and CISO resource for, the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO). The Director will also identify and suggest solutions to reduce operational costs, increase delivery velocity, and remove roadblocks.

This hybrid role combines Agile coaching with traditional project management expertise to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic technology environment.
** How You'll Shine:
*** Strategic Planning:
Direct the strategic planning and development of CISO initiatives and special projects. Facilitate the development and management of roadmaps, backlogs, and other operational and strategic plans for the CISO organization.
* Project Management:
Conduct Agile facilitation and traditional project management. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of CISO-specific projects, initiatives, and backlog.
* Execution and Delivery:
Lead the management and delivery of CISO projects and initiatives to include resource coordination, project/initiative communications, stakeholder engagement, metrics tracking and reporting.
* Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor CISO team members to foster collaborative and high-performance delivery
* Governance and

Risk Management:

Provide oversight, identify and manage risks, interface with the PPMO, and provide reporting and metrics to ensure successful delivery and appropriate risk management.
* Agile/Project Management Tool Implementation and/or Management:
Serve as the primary administrator and or implementation subject matter expert (SME) for Agile/Project Management related tools and technologies in support of the CISO organization.
* Continuous Improvement and

Innovation: Collaborate with CISO leadership, CISO architects, Enterprise Architecture team, IT team leadership and business leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the CISO team.

** Travel Requirements
*** This role may require minimal travel, up to once a quarter as needed. Will not exceed 10-20%.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and/or relevant experience.
