Sunstone Real Estate Advisors, the largest national brokerage firm focused exclusively on manufactured housing & RV communities, seeks a talented Database Administrator / Manager with Salesforce experience to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years’ experience in database administration within a commercial real estate (CRE), brokerage, financial services, or similarly fast-paced transaction environment. This individual has strong Salesforce administration experience and understands how CRM strategy directly impacts brokerage productivity, pipeline visibility, and firm-wide performance.
We’re seeking a collaborative, analytical, growth-oriented individual to lead the strategy, optimization, and integrity of Sunstone’s data ecosystem. This role will serve as the internal steward of our CRM and database infrastructure - ensuring brokers, underwriting, operations, and executive leadership have accurate, actionable intelligence to drive performance.
This is a full-time, exempt role based in the firm’s Orlando, Florida office, and is primarily in-office with some flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
A day in the life of a successful Database Administrator / Manager- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support brokerage, capital markets, underwriting, and operations teams.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, governance standards, and reporting accuracy
- Design and manage dashboards tracking pipeline activity, deal velocity, broker productivity, and listing performance
- Develop and refine workflows, automation, and reporting tools to increase efficiency
- Oversee system integrations with mapping, underwriting, marketing, and document storage platforms
- Identify gaps in data capture and implement process improvements
- Review and address limitations in client and asset data across geographic markets, and work with external support to strength the depth/breadth of the database
- Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert
- Conduct training sessions to improve CRM adoption and best practices
- Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support to the Sunstone team
- Partner with executive leadership to align data strategy with firm growth initiatives
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy

- Proactive problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies before they escalates
- Comfortable balancing structure with the dynamic nature of brokerage
- Growth-oriented and excited to build scalable infrastructure
- 5+ years of database administration experience
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, capital markets, or financial services strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM reporting tools
- Experience with integrations, workflow automation, and API-connected systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
