Overview

One of the country's most renowned entertainment providers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their innovative Employee Experience organization on a hybrid basis in Orlando, Florida. In this impactful role, you will help shape immersive digital experiences enjoyed by millions of guests and internal employees every year by influencing solutions used across world-famous destination resorts, cruise lines, and travel platforms.

This is a chance to be at the forefront of people-centric digital transformation, driving meaningful engagement for both guests and employees through leading-edge technology.

This exciting opportunity to help lead guest-facing and employee experience digital initiatives begins as a 18 month W2 contract based in Orlando, Florida. The position follows a hybrid schedule (currently onsite every Monday and Thursday) and offers competitive benefits with possibilities for extension or conversion to permanent employment. This role is best suited for candidates local to the Orlando area with prior frontline hospitality
, theme park
, or entertainment industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret business requirements and recommend best practices to enhance and evolve internal and customer digital products/services.
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle: from gathering user stories and defining acceptance criteria, to managing daily backlog prioritization and defect tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams during daily Scrum standups, support priority-setting, and remove project roadblocks.
  • Translate strategy into actionable, prioritized user stories and ensure successful delivery across multiple teams.
  • Monitor and assess front-line user feedback, leveraging insights to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Communicate strategic updates and shifts in priorities to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to bring product vision to life through compelling presentations for executive stakeholders and partners.
Skills & Experience
  • 5-8 years’ experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, ideally with hands-on product lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of product ownership and management processes
  • Prior frontline experience or product management in hospitality, theme park, entertainment, or tourism strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience with employee-focused digital products (e.g., Workday, UKG, Paycom), with a deep understanding of people-centric processes.
  • Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics platforms (
    Tableau or New Relic highly desirable).
  • Experience collaborating in agile development settings and delivering impactful digital solutions for both guests and employees.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear, actionable strategies.
