OUC - The Reliable One is presently seeking a Programmer Analyst (Enterprise Integration & Content Services) to join the Technology division. We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional to join our Enterprise Integration & Content Services team as a Programmer Analyst.

In this role, you will develop, support, and troubleshoot enterprise-wide integrations using IBM web Methods, Talend, and related platforms. You will analyze system transactions, validate data, monitor performance, and collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and vendors to deliver reliable integration solutions. This role requires hands-on coding, production support, SDLC discipline, and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Salary Range: $92,575 - $115,719 annually - commensurate with experience

Location: “The Greenest Building in Downtown” - Reliable Plaza, 100 W. Anderson Street, Orlando, FL 32801

• Develop software code to support solution requirements and designs for assigned applications
• Investigate and analyze how the system processed transactions to determine if system functionality is configured correctly and provides accurate results
• Provide application analysis for Information Technology and client base, and serve as a contact for IT business application analysts requiring in-depth understanding/results
• Evaluate impact of errors and provide recommendations for solution through collaboration with business application analysts
• Evaluate existing and new system functionality; determine any requirements not met by the specific system and develop action plans to correct deficiencies, including nonfunctional data management requirements
• Define and document system scope, current logical view, general technical requirements and proposed logical view using structured design and analysis techniques
• Provide comprehensive data queries and results to analyze the system output and functional execution of key transactions
• Monitor and track system updates/access to ensure successful auditing
• Ensure appropriate monitoring, logging, and audits are in place to trace events, review results and make recommendations
• Review application interfaces to determine if functionality is configured correctly and provide accurate results
• Work on moderate to complex business scenarios to ensure system processes transactions accurately
• Guide and participate with the Business Application Analysts in understanding business needs and assist translation for detailed technical and program specifications
• Prepare necessary end-user reports, extracts, and queries; develop and maintain documentation regarding system functionality, performance benchmarks, and system integration
• Document all issues and their resolution
• Develop, research and evaluate feasibility of alternatives to meet project/solution objectives and recommend alternatives
