Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in Orlando, FL 32806.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system.
  • Strong hardware break-fix experience.
  • Large-format printer experience.
  • Laser Jet break-fix experience. Able to maintain good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
  • Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly).
  • Personable, as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
  • Can work on a ladder or lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Skills & Experience
  • CompTIA A+
  • OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
  • OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
  • Server experience
What You Will Be Doing
  • Technician will travel to each client’s location.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
  • Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
