Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, highly available infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines with consistent configuration across environments.
- Lead initiatives that drive organizational transformation toward a Dev Ops culture and best practices.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD tooling and onboarding processes.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineering team members.
- Support and troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and present objective recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership, architects, and delivery teams to align Dev Ops solutions with business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or IT, with deep expertise in Dev Ops principles.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and Power Shell.
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills using logging and monitoring tools.
- Experience integrating Dev Ops platforms with enterprise systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git Hub, Git Lab, Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Service Now, Elastic APM, Prometheus, Grafana, Solar Winds, and SQL.
- Linux administration experience;
Windows IIS experience a plus. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
Agile or Scrum certifications preferred. - Passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
