In this role, you’ll design scalable data solutions, optimize reporting infrastructure, and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic growth and operational excellence. • Conduct data discovery within database schemas to classify data and develop clear business definitions
• Assemble simple and complex data sets and data models aligned to business requirements
• Integrate new and existing data sources into a sustainable data repository
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL, APIs, and other replication technologies
• Build effective dashboards, reporting solutions, and user interfaces
• Maximize the use of reusable objects (data sources, stored procedures, functions, report objects)
• Migrate and enhance legacy analytics and reporting systems
• Automate manual processes and improve data performance
• Distinguish between current operational needs and long-term strategic analytics requirements
• Adhere to established Data Governance Standards
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across departments

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training in business intelligence, data analytics, or data development
• Experience in financial services or a credit union environment is preferred
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• Ability to create scalable dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptable, open-minded, and solution-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively and consistently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to data accuracy, governance, and process improvement
