IT Project Manager

Overview

Take the lead on critical software projects that shape how luxury air travel operates. You’ll manage the implementation of complex third-party systems that keep our business running smoothly - from reservations and maintenance to crew management, finance, and compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms, building your expertise in SaaS integrations, APIs, and multi-vendor coordination. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Finance, and more, ensuring seamless delivery of key technology solutions. • Lead full lifecycle project management for software implementations—from contract kickoff through deployment, testing, and operational handover.
• Coordinate across internal teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Flight Ops, Customer Experience, and more) and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers. Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
• Guide cross-functional teams through system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance phases. Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison between our company and vendor project teams to maintain accountability and ensure successful system rollout and adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in aviation, transportation, hospitality, or a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platform integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows. Proven success leading multi-vendor projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
