Senior Product Manager - GenAI Products

About the Role & Team

The Decision Science & Integration (DDSI) organization provides internal consulting and advanced analytics capabilities across The Company. The Decision Science Product (DSP) team partners with decision scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and user experience designers to build technology-enabled analytics products that shape business decisions and deliver measurable value. This role focuses on launching and scaling a new AI-driven decision science product within an emerging products portfolio.

This role is to manage the product, not the project.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new AI and decision science product.
• Define product strategy and multi-release roadmaps; translate user and market insights into prioritized backlogs and clear outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX) to scope solutions, run experiments/prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Convert complex analytical and technical concepts (AI agents, knowledge retrieval, forecasting) into intuitive user experiences and actionable business capabilities.
• Integrate user research, usability studies, market analysis, and evolving AI agent capabilities into requirements; champion user-centric design and measurable success criteria (OKRs/KPIs).
• Guide solution testing and evaluations (AI agent evaluations, software tests, and A/B testing) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
• Partner with client stakeholders as a strategic advisor; communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and results through compelling narratives and visuals.
• Work with data stakeholders across the enterprise to understand, translate, and develop new access paths to different domains of data.

The pay range for this position is $94.59 - $94.59/hr.
