KPMG is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure projects meet their goals on time and within budget; this includes following PMLC and SDLC methods, managing scope, risk, schedule, and budget, and building strong stakeholder relationships and develop portfolio / product knowledge

* Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, interdependencies, and blockers across initiatives

* Track and manage project financials, providing accurate financial reporting including forecast and variance management; manage project execution, reporting and delivery using enterprise PPMO tool like Clarity

* Collaborate across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and vendor teams to remove blockers and ensure end-to-end delivery; develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps; drive execution across cross‑functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors

* Provide clear, accurate, and timely status reporting to stakeholders and leadership; identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate

* Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and quality standards;
Maintain project artifacts, documentation, and financials in enterprise project management tools

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years of recent experience leading medium to large, cross‑functional projects leveraging modern technologies;
Cloud platforms and AI implementations are a plus

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; PMP certification is preferred

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive messaging

* Financial management and forecasting; risk/issue/dependency management; vendor coordination

* Solid understanding of project management and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

* Experience with enterprise PPM and delivery tools (e.g., Clarity, Azure Dev Ops/JIRA, MS Project); proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments (200

TEC)
