Technical Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of project management driven initiatives across the enterprise. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals, delivered on time, and responsibly governed.

Pay Rate: $80,000/salary

• Project Leadership:
  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Strategy Execution:
  Translate technical strategy into actionable project plans, leveraging platforms like Workday, Bullhorn for Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite Products to support system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives with the PMO.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Collaborate with cross functional teams including HR, finance, and IT teams to deliver PMO initiatives, ensuring alignment, integration readiness and on time delivery.
• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure PMO projects adhere to organizational governance standards, data requirements, and responsible technology practices, managing risk and compliance through the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track KPIs such as delivery milestones, adoption metrics and business impact. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and cross-functional teams. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption.

Bachelors or Two-Year Degree

• 2-5 years of project management experience delivering technical or data-driven initiatives, with exposure to automation and AI enabled solutions
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Familiarity with platforms like Workday, Salesforce, Bullhorn, Fabric and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, execute and close projects across the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule risks, and dependencies.

Work Environment:
