Duration:12 Months
Rate Range:Upto $78.5/hr on W2
Work Authorization:GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT
Must Have- Airtable configuration and architecture
- Airtable formulas, automations, and interfaces
- API integrations and middleware integrations
- Lead configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Airtable applications supporting vendor management request intake and contract library workflows.
- Build and enhance Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to improve process efficiency and user experience.
- Design and implement integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
- Partner with product owners and scrum team members to define sprint goals and deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into structured Airtable data models with clean architecture and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot existing bases and enhance usability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Document configurations, integration patterns, and workflows. Provide structured knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- 3–5+ years of experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms with strong Airtable expertise.
- Hands-on experience integrating Airtable with enterprise systems using APIs or middleware.
- Experience documenting technical configurations and integration workflows.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with vendor management or contract lifecycle management tools.
- Experience in enterprise data governance and compliance environments.
- Background in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting.
