• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’
• Technician will travel to each client’s location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
• Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments

• Must have skills:
  
  - [“Field Service", "Desktop Support", "Laptop & Desktop Repair", "Printer Support", "Break/Fix", "Hardware Troubleshooting"]
• Strong hardware break-fix experience.
• Candidates must have required skills-HARDWARE LASERJET BREAK FIX EXPERIENCE.
• The work schedule will be for this position-M/F 9-6 WITH OT AS NEEDED.
• EVENTUALLY ONCE TRAINED - ON CALL ROTATION 7X24
• Overall 4 years of experience required.
• UP TO A 75 MILE RADIUS per day will the contractor be driving.
• Within 10 miles of 32806 radius range should candidates be located from the job location.
