Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Release & Change Management Coordinator to support a highly structured, governance-driven IT environment. This role focuses on release coordination, change management, and operational governance, with a predictable, bi‑weekly release cadence. The position is based in Orlando, back filling a strong performer who recently transitioned into a full‑time Release Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who thrives in repeatable processes, enjoys coordination work, and values operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track 20–30 concurrent tickets/releases on a rolling basis
  • Support bi‑weekly release cycles by managing:
    • Release schedules
    • Change approvals
    • Launch readiness activities
  • Execute ITIL-based release, change, and problem management processes
  • Heavy daily use of Service Now as the primary ITSM platform
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts
  • Facilitate release and change meetings, including:
    • Stakeholder coordination
    • Status updates
    • Decision tracking
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ensure adherence to process, governance, and compliance standards
  • Support continuous improvement of release and change processes
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in:
    • Release management
    • Change management
    • Project coordination
    • IT operations or PMO environments
  • Hands‑on experience with Service Now (change, release, problem management)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience managing repetitive, structured release cycles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable operating in process-heavy, governance-driven environments
  • Able to command an audience and confidently facilitate meetings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tools & Technology
  • Service Now (primary platform)
  • Jira (tracking and coordination)
  • Microsoft ecosystem, including:
    • Share Point
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Outlook
