Loyal Source is looking for Data Entry & Recruitment Operations Clerks for employment opportunities in Orlando, Florida.
The Data Entry & Recruitment Operations Clerk at Loyal Source plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data management across Bullhorn and Workday platforms, supporting recruitment processes by providing technological support based on business needs, and emphasizing data-driven strategies. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining job postings on various Loyal Source job boards and collaborating with Recruitment Managers and Program Managers to streamline requisition management and facilitate seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Data & System Management (Bullhorn + Workday): Create, update, and accurately maintain job, candidate, and placement records, ensuring data integrity. Support recruitment workflows to synchronize statuses across systems for reliable reporting. Monitor error dashboards and provide feedback to leadership on areas requiring improvement.
- Job Board Operations & Technology Utilization: Manage job postings on Loyal Source job boards, optimizing posts for engagement and conversion. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements using insights from data analysis. Implement enhancements to underutilized recruitment tool features. Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools for improved visibility of recruitment metrics.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate and distribute regular reports on job posting performance, applicant flow, and data quality. Provide updates and strategic recommendations to Recruitment and Program Managers to support decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement & Support: Participate in optimizing marketing tools and processes by leveraging insights from marketing operations strategies. Coordinate with Marketing/Enterprise Applications for broader enhancements aligning with business initiatives.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, recruiting operations, or HR administration.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and comfort in following SOPs.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets for managing data and creating reports.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn and Workday.
- Exposure to recruitment enablement tools.
- Experience in the staffing or healthcare industry.
Primarily desk-based with extensive computer use; reasonable accommodations available.
May occasionally support peak posting periods beyond standard business hours.

Pay Rate
: $19.00 / hour
