Responsibilities- Provide expertise on networking issues, including WAN, LAN, fiber and Voice technologies to ensure uptime.
- Maintain an accurate database and document complex technical issues for repair teams.
- Coordinate resolution efforts with NOC, Network Engineering and other teams while keeping clients informed.
- Avoid future issues by investigating and identifying the root cause of issues.
- Enhance the client experience through process reviews, analysis and recommendations.

- Experience in technical support or network troubleshooting in a 24/7 operations or call center environment; experience with fiber-based networking or managed services.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Skills:
Familiar with network protocols, RF, routers, layer-2 switches, VPN, CWDM, HFC, plant and delivery system, routing protocols and policies, WiFi and VoIP platforms; knowledge of enterprise hardware and software environments; proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Skills:
Troubleshooting technical issues, failed equipment, and facility issues with effective English communication; ability to escalate as appropriate. - Abilities:
Thrives under pressure, makes decisions with a sense of urgency.
- Cisco or Juniper certification or equivalent.
