Overview
Product Manager and Market Strategy for AI Solutions. Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Jacobs. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Outbound oriented product management – lead voice-of-customer and voice-of-prospect interviews and consolidate results. Define key user stories, write specifications, and prioritize the road map.
- Collaborate with the engineering and delivery team (mostly in Poland) to deliver on the road map.
- Prioritize AI product and solution road map, in coordination with D&D and the Poland Jacobs AI team.
- Forecast the product’s financial outlook by defining total potential market, pricing, and long‑term costs to ensure the right product investments are made.
- Product marketing work including defining and drafting how the product should be pitched (value proposition statements, etc.).
- Collaborate with people teams across Jacobs’ global business and maintain clear, organized conversation and documentation.
- Understand the bigger Jacobs context and prioritize products and paths to market that leverage Jacobs’ global footprint and capabilities.
- 5-10 years total experience across the following areas:
- Product management experience in enterprise/commercial software and digital tools (managing roadmaps, backlogs, and turning feedback into product specifications).
- Experience on the financial/commercial side (business planning, MBA, etc.).
- Interest in transportation, water, mobility, and/or energy.
- Interest in enterprise software and AI including market sizing and price determination.
- Comfort conducting qualitative interviews with customers, partners, and competitors.
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Adept at primary and secondary research to size potential markets and analyze competitors, market-entry challenges, and financial opportunity.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills, including written, spreadsheet visuals (presentations), and verbal.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept to completion, even in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in AI products and solutions.
- Experience in the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Consultant) industry or related industries.
- Experience with Dev Ops, Jira, or related tools.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
