Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a CRM Business Analyst for a remote/hybrid role. The Senior Business Analyst will go beyond gathering requirements to serve as a strategic architect for future‑state solutions, bridging complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions to drive transformation from inefficiencies to excellence. The role defines what should be, not just documents what is, and acts as a Critical Friend who challenges assumptions, uncovers root causes, and ensures every technical solution—especially within the Salesforce ecosystem—delivers measurable business value.
- Strategic Process Architecture:
Facilitate workshops to map As‑Is and design optimized To‑Be workflows; conduct gap analyses and root cause investigations. - Requirements Management:
Translate business goals into BRDs, functional flows, and data models; build consensus among stakeholders and ensure traceability of requirements. - Systems & Solution Synergy:
Act as a CRM/Salesforce SME, perform fit‑gap analysis, optimize platform usage, champion UAT, and work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Preferred
Certifications:
CBAP, Salesforce Admin/Consultant. - 8+ years of high‑impact Business Analysis experience, preferably in a consultative or client‑facing role.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce—understanding its object model, limitations, and how to leverage it to solve real‑world problems.
- A Storyteller:
Explain complex data models and business strategy to non‑technical stakeholders and developers without missing a beat. - A Diplomat:
Navigate office politics and conflicting priorities with grace, driving consensus without needing to be the "boss". - A Self‑Starter:
Identify problems, analyze them, and propose solutions without waiting for permission. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable with Jira, Google Slides, and other collaborative tools. - Technical Toolkit:
Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, - Expert‑level proficiency in collaboration, visualization, and execution within these tools.
The pay range reflects the range we would pay at posting for this role; it may be modified in the future. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. The range may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
