• Diverse Responsibilities: Provide live connection to the field, update firmware/software, perform data entry into the Key Management Facility (KMF), support field operations, and participate in exciting blitzes.
• Cutting‑Edge Technology: Manage cryptographic key management for encryption keys and support ICE TACCOM options across specified locations.
• Continuous Learning: Keep capabilities current as we upgrade core equipment to future software releases.
• 24/7 Impact: Provide shift‑work support to keep CORE facilities operating seamlessly around the clock.

• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience managing a Motorola Core.

  Experience:
  
  Assist with CORE User Management, CORE applications support, and CORE server maintenance.
• Innovative Projects: Participate in planning, engineering, optimization, redundancy, and migration to new software platforms/architectures.
• System Monitoring: Engage in monitoring systems, reporting outages, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with the customer and team to coordinate and assist with scheduled and unscheduled system maintenance and rollovers to DSR sites.
