We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building high-performing digital experiences that combine creativity, technology, and AI innovation.

In this role, you’ll work across both Word Press and headless environments (Strapi CMS + React/Next.js) - developing cutting‑edge web solutions that power global digital campaigns and scalable products. If you thrive at the intersection of web development, automation, and GenAI, this one’s for you.

• Develop and maintain custom Word Press sites, themes, and plugins (not theme-based).
• Build and optimize React/Next.js front‑ends connected to Strapi CMS and various APIs.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable back‑end solutions with Node.js and REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Integrate and automate workflows using GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, Zapier, Make, custom LLM APIs).
• Build AI‑driven website features, including personalization, content generation, and automation.
• Monitor and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and data teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, front‑end frameworks, and CMS ecosystems.

• 3+ years of experience in full‑stack web development – Must.
• Proven hands‑on experiencedice with Word Press (custom themes/plugins) – Must.
• Experience with Strapi CMS, React, and Next.js – Must.
• Deep understanding of GenAI platforms (OpenAI API, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, etc.) and AI‑driven automation tools.
• Experience creating custom AI integrations for marketing, analytics, or content workflows – Big advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS / GCP).
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
• A “get things done” attitude, strong ownership, and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross‑functional environment.
