Summary

The IT Systems Manager role demands a candidate with a robust technical foundation in systems architecture and administration, complemented by strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to information systems personnel.
• Review, implement, update, and document company wide information systems policies and procedures.
• Direct day-to-day operations and maintenance of the firm’s information systems.
• Collaborate with network engineers, architects and other team members on the implementation, testing, deployment and integration of information systems.
• Provide reports to IT management regarding information system performance, utilization and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a staff of information systems engineers.
• Make recommendations to the Executive Management team on protocols and processes for keeping the information systems optimized and secure.
• Participating in the annual budget process.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum 5 years of IT systems management experience.

• Minimum 2 years of previous leadership experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and applicable government regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, cybersecurity protocols, and enterprise IT best practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and vendors.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field is required. Commesurate experience will be considered.
• Must hold at least two current certifications from the following list (not all are required):
  Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, VCP (VMware Certified Professional) or VCAP (VMware Certified Advanced Professional).
