Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst / Data Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating contract data requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining accurate program metrics.
Responsibilities- Analyze proposed changes to product design and assess impact on overall product and system.
- Coordinate modification records for management control and establish change orders.
- Prepare documentation for change authorization and maintain accurate records.
- Review and analyze released engineering change data; coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control teams.
- Ensure customer requirements are implemented and verify compliance with configuration management policies.
- Analyze Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) for compatibility with contracts and tasks.
- Maintain and revise Program Directives (PD) to ensure compliance with data requirements.
- Load and update CDRL/SDRL tracking tools and websites.
- Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and data owners to ensure timely submissions.
- Review and release controlled documents in the Product Lifecycle Management repository.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience with documentation handling, markings, and formatting.
- 3 years of experience reading engineering drawings and documentation.
- 3 years of experience processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with contract requirements and industry standards.
- 3 years of experience ensuring compliance with configuration management policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with experience creating status and tracking reports for management and customers.
- Familiarity with Product Data Management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems with creativity and innovation.
- Programming experience with Access databases.
