About the RoleWe’re seeking a Marketing & Web Analytics Analyst to support data‑driven decision making across marketing and web product teams. This role partners closely with stakeholders to deliver insights, reporting, and recommendations that improve digital performance and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Analytics, SQL, and email analytics (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and enjoys working with large datasets to turn insights into action.
Must‑Have Qualifications- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with email analytics, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytics, or computer science‑related field
- Assist with dashboard development and maintenance using Power BI (20%)
- Perform ad hoc analysis of marketing and web performance using tools such as Snowflake, Big Query, Power BI, Full Story, and Google Analytics (50%)
- Partner with stakeholders to support digital marketing testing initiatives (10%)
- Support recurring reporting distributed across the organization (20%)
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Build and present data‑focused decks to stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in SQL (required)
- R or Python experience is a plus
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and Power Point
