Sr. Workday Learning Consultant (Only Local candidates)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Job Description: We are seeking a technical Workday Learning Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Prism Analytics. The role focuses on migrating LMS data from Saba to Workday and ensuring data integrity across reporting systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Prism Analytics.
- Collaborate with the client to handle configuration tasks, primarily reporting related.
- Use Jira for task tracking and status updates.
- Analyze and transform over 50 existing Saba reports into Workday equivalents, ensuring field alignment.
- Generate reports such as attendance for a specific instructor or classes delivered in the past 30 days.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the learning space team.
- Significant experience in the functional learning space.
- Hands‑on experience with Saba LMS and migration to Workday.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Prism Analytics, and related tools.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Experience managing client‑facing configuration activities.
