IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a hybrid Senior Program Manager to join their team.
SUMMARYWe are seeking a strong Program Manager or Delivery Manager to lead a large‑scale SAP ECC to S/4
HANA migration initiative. This role will oversee end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and timeline commitments.
The ideal candidate will have specific experience in ECC to S/4 migrations, high‑level SAP knowledge, and a strong understanding of how SAP modules integrate. The candidate must be able to manage cross‑functional impacts across multiple business areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive overall migration strategy and execution
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, timelines, and governance structures
- Engage with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the migration lifecycle
- Manage relationships with SAP, system integrators, and third‑party vendors
- Oversee communication and training plans for smooth adoption
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- 8 years in program/project management with at least 3 years of leading SAP migration or implementation programs
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4
HANA architecture, modules, and migration methodologies - Awareness of SAP module integration and cross‑functional impacts
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a global environment
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to present to executive leadership - PMP or SAP‑related certifications preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
