In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimize systems that empower our teams and improve outcomes for the clients and families we serve.

This isn’t your typical heads‑down coding job—you’ll work side‑by‑side with staff to translate business needs into innovative solutions, partner with vendors on system delivery, and ensure our technology platforms are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and Share Point .
• Turn business requests into structured, effective technical solutions.
• Document workflows and processes to capture institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with vendors on testing, QA, and implementations.
• Audit existing systems to find opportunities for automation and optimization
  .
• Provide training and support to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
• Act as the bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven development experience, with skills in one or more:
  Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, SQL

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate workflows into solutions.
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical staff and external vendors.
• Based in Orlando, FL with the ability to work hybrid in‑office
