Functions as a technical specialist with in-depth expertise in digital transformation, business intelligence, and technology consulting. Operating with minimal supervision, this role leads and delivers digital consulting assignments of low to medium complexity, providing technical guidance to project teams and clients. The consultant is responsible for developing, validating, and presenting specialist output, while continuously broadening their knowledge and skill set in digital specializations.

The Digital Team is a diverse team of professionals that partner with clients to deliver technical projects. The Digital Team is a dynamic, cross-functional group of experts in data, technology, GIS, and asset management systems. Together, they deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that help clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges across diverse industries.

• Lead digital consulting tasks in support of project delivery, ensuring client expectations are consistently met within project scope.
• Translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical solutions using business intelligence and digital platforms.
• Serve as a technical specialist, providing consultation and guidance to project teams and clients in areas such as data engineering, dashboard development, and digital product implementation.
• Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, and develop solutions for clients.
• Develop and deliver customized BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models, using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL.
• Manage incomplete data and data quality issues, ensuring robust and reliable analytics.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other deliverables to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops, presenting technical findings and recommendations.
• Support development of scope and fee for proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital consulting and business intelligence.

• Advanced technical and analytical skills in digital transformation, business intelligence, and data management.
• Proficiency in data engineering, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SQL, and cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong math, logic, and statistical skills, with the ability to create professional, aesthetically pleasing visuals.
• Ability to automate and standardize business processes using digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Apps).
