- User Story Creation :
Write detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of guest-facing features and backend improvements. - Agile Backlog Management :
Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritize feature requests, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and technical leads to meet sprint deliverables. - Feature Launch & UAT :
Support product launches by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing go-to-market plans, and communicating updates to stakeholders. - Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories. - Performance Improvement :
Collaborate on both frontend guest-facing functionality and backend system performance enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency. - Sprint Participation :
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure sprint goals are met. - Documentation & Research :
Provide documentation support, conduct industry research, and manage project logistics to support eCommerce initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum Expertise :
Proven experience working in Agile environments, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and managing backlogs. - User Stories & Jira :
Proficient in writing user stories and managing Agile backlogs using tools such as Jira. Experience with Gherkin format is a plus but not mandatory. - Frontend & Backend Knowledge :
Familiarity with both guest-facing (frontend) and backend performance projects, particularly in an eCommerce or retail environment. - eCommerce Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a focus on delivering features for eCommerce platforms.
- Collaboration Skills :
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and technical teams to drive project outcomes.
- Education :
Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or relevant work experience. - Tools :
Familiarity with frontend and backend tools in eCommerce environments and experience with performance improvement projects.
