Job Description

Required Skill Set

7+ Years of IT experience with 4+ years in BPM

Must have the experience of working with Appian.

Has to be hands on (able to code), with experience in designing complex BPM solutions, code reviews and design refactoring

Has led teams of 4-10 people and implemented BPM projects end-to-end

Proven process mapping, process improvement, BPM design skills. Good Knowledge of BPM, EAI and SOA design patterns, best practices and design principles

Other skills – Java, J2EE, middleware, ESB

Good communication skills, with ability to interact with Clients, collect requirements & develop prototypes

Role – Core responsibilities include:

Lead client engagements @ onshore, driving the analysis, design and implementation of BPM projects

As a hands-on lead the person will be responsible for leading a team of on-site resources, perform design and code reviews and develop code
