Mandatory skill:

JS. - Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
- Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development.
- Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications.
- Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
- Ability to coordinate with Application and Platform teams, Hyper‑Care support, performance optimization, unit test & integration test support.
- Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 technical delivery.
- Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.
- Strong client‑facing role at the customer location or remotely.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Word Press (custom themes, plugins, REST API).
- PHP (Laravel, Code Igniter, or Core PHP).
- React
JS (Hooks, Redux, component‑based architecture). - Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development.
- Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
