Join KPMG US as a Manager, Asset Management within the Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid position focuses on IT Asset Management (ITAM) across the lifecycle, leveraging tools such as Flexera Network Management Platform and Service Now.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day processes and procedures supporting ITAM operations, serving as subject‑matter expert on ongoing projects and continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with IT Asset owners to maintain accurate asset information and oversee implementation of business requirements.
  • Create and publish asset metrics, custom reports and conduct training on ITAM discovery knowledge.
  • Prioritize operational workload, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with asset owners for efficient hardware re‑harvest and coordinate offshore resources for discovery support.
  • Develop and execute a SAM communications plan, utilizing the Flexera Network Management Platform to conduct internal software audits and ensure license compliance.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility, upholding KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years recent, in‑depth experience with IT Asset Management lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications (ITIL V3, IAITAM – CHAMP/CSAM/CITAM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience with Service Now and Discovery technologies, and strong project‑management skills for multi‑scope projects in cross‑functional settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with all levels of responsibility and authority; proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and develop high‑performance teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, managing multiple concurrent projects and participating in resource‑planning processes.
  • Will be authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship (no H‑1B, L‑1, TN, etc.).
