IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Administrator
I.T. Manager is responsible for establishing appropriate systems, methods, budgets, project planning, system analysis, program development, cost control, and implementation, to achieve effective business solutions to meet corporate objectives and priorities.
This position is responsible for the management, coordination and oversight of all MIS related activities systems, and components to include electronic voice and data communications, network transport, staff and vendor management, disaster recovery planning, establishing long term plans for growth, and observing current company needs and create solutions.
The I.T. Manager participates and directs MIS staff in designing, selecting or developing, testing and implementing computer applications, program modifications and enhancements to meet requirements for effective and efficiently designed database, information and network systems.

- I.T. Manager is responsible for establishing yearly departmental budget
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Managing software development projects following the software development lifecycle process
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Researches and implements technological strategic solutions
- Accomplishes information technology staff results
- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment
- Develops personal growth opportunities
- Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back‑up procedures and information security and control structures
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
