11+ month W2 Contract | M-F AM Shift

Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of digital transformation within the bid and proposal function. You’ll identify inefficiencies, introduce automation, and standardize processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. By partnering closely with operations, sales, IT, and proposal teams, your work will directly enhance bid performance, visibility, and overall business effectiveness.

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across bid management processes.
• Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Develop dashboards, templates, and tools to track bid progress and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, sales, operations, operational excellence, and IT teams to align improvements with business needs.
• Document and standardize proposal processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
• Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, or workflow tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred).
• Clear communicator who can work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

$32.00 - $38.60/hour
