SAP QA Test Lead

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Kforce is seeking a hybrid QA Test Lead to join their team in Orlando, FL. We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with a strong background in SAP Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP testing, adaptability to evolving tools, and strong leadership in managing test cycles. Familiarity with test management tools is essential—QTest experience is preferred, but ALM experience is acceptable.

• Lead QA efforts for SAP Supply Chain modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality standards
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and strategies for integration, regression, and UAT phases
• Utilize test management tools for planning and defect tracking
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines
• Support transition to QTest and assist with performance tool updates
• Provide onsite support during critical testing phases as needed
• Leverage Tosca for automation where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage

• SAP Supply Chain experience
• Familiarity with ALM; QTest experience preferred
• Prior experience with test management tools (ALM, QTest, or similar)
• Experience with Tosca for test automation (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
